The Parks Littles and Kids Ministries are all about pointing children to Jesus. Through our Sunday morning classrooms, adult leaders pour into your children teaching them the Bible in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way. Throughout the year we offer free activities to get to know our community and further equip children in God’s Word. We look forward to meeting your child and partnering with you in their first steps toward faith.

Parks Littles:

Your little one holds a special place at the Parks Church. From Birth through Pre-K we’ve designed our classes to be loving, safe and engaging. Your little one will get to play, create and experience God’s Word on an age appropriate level. Our leadership knows the importance of encouraging a love for the Bible early and we look forward to doing our best to disciple your little one while in our care. We can’t wait to hold, love and point your child to Jesus. For more information on the Parks Littles, please contact Shelly Knight.

Parks Kids:

We love kids at the Parks church and do our best to make sure they are having fun, learning and building a solid foundation on God’s Word. If you have a kid in kindergarten through third grade, they’ll be hanging out in Kids Church every Sunday at 10:30a. In Kids Church they’ll experience their own worship, play a crazy game or two, hear an engaging lesson and spend time in discussion and prayer with a caring small group leader. We look forward to partnering with you in your child’s faith journey! For more information on the Parks Kids, please contact Jessica Hendrickson.

The Parks 4th & 5th:

4th & 5th grade get their own special ministry here at the Parks Church. We understand that at this age kids need more in depth discipleship than they might get in Kids Church. For this reason, we developed our 4th and 5th grade ministry to help kids take ownership of their faith and put feet to the solid foundation they’ve spent the previous years building. Using the New City Catechism Curriculum, it is our goal to nurture these kids into a love for and understanding of the essential doctrines for the Christian faith. We desire to see our kids grow into strong adolescents, confident in the Word of God. We do this through intentional relationships with their leaders, worship, games and solid teaching each Sunday. The first Wednesday of the month is also our dedicated 4th & 5th Grade Group Night. We spend time in community, playing games and being challenged by God’s Word. For more information on the 4th & 5th grade ministry, please contact Jessica Hendrickson.

Check out the retreat center’s website at: www.lakeviewcamp.net

Student Life Kids Camp is a fun-filled, Christ centered week full of making friendships, learning more about the Bible and faith building. Student Life does an incredible job with curriculum, speakers, and worship leaders to make sure your child is getting the most out of their time at camp. The theme this year is Transformed and we’ll be learning about the new life we have through Jesus. They’ll return home beginning to understand that believing in Jesus brings about a total, complete, and necessary change in our lives. Whoever is in Christ is a new creation (2 Cor 5:17). Without Jesus in our lives, we are hopeless, living every moment condemned by the sin that stains us.
